ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INFO

 Hello Federation Members! 
I wanted to remind people that as a dues payer, we offer you a free Roadside Assistance Program. We update information monthly with the company. Once you join the following month, your information is shared with them, and you will have roadside assistance. Here is the information you may need and the questions you may be asked to locate your account. Attached is the card you can print and put in your wallet, car, purse, etc. 

Using Roadside:

1. Call NSD Call Center: 1-800-745-5791
2. Use the Producer Code (119827) and Plan Letter (C) to find the plan.
3. Know your employee ID number for your specific plan. You can find it on the top right of your check stub when you have it in the PDF/print view.
4. Know your address and phone number on file with the union (this is why we need it up to date).
5. They shouldn’t ask, but IF they ask for the policy start date, it should be December 2020.
6. If you are having any difficulties, call Regina Federation President at 734-320-2944 (if I don't answer, text urgent and who you are; this will allow me to look up your information and call you asap)
